At the IUCN National Committee of the Netherlands Foundation (hereafter: IUCN NL), we greatly value the protection of personal data. We therefore handle your data with extreme care. Naturally, we comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy policy explains what to expect from us.
Personal data
Iucn.nl offers visitors the opportunity to contact us, subscribe to newsletters and make donations. The personal data collected will only be used for the purposes for which the visitor contacted us. IUCN NL does not keep your personal data longer than necessary.
We send our newsletters via MailChimp, as a result of which the personal data collected for newsletters may be used by Mailchimp. Read more about MailChimp’s privacy policy.
Accessing, correcting or removing data
As is part of the GDPR, you can request to inspect, correct or remove the data we have collected about you at any time. You can submit your request by e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number and a copy of a valid identification document, to info@iucnl.nl. Use of cookies

Functional
Functional cookies are necessary for the technically proper functioning of the website. For example, using the search function. We do not need to ask for permission for this.
Analytical and performance

This allows the website to be tailored even better to visitors. The collected data will not be used for any purpose other than to improve the website. The collected data is not made available to third parties.
