Call for tenders IFDP

The International Union for the Conservation of Nature, National Commitees of the Netherlands (IUCN-NL) is looking for a retrospective and prospective analysis of the structure and functioning of the organization ‘ Innovation et Formation pour le Développement et la Paix ‘ (IFDP) for its organizational sustainability.

IFDP, a South Kivu conservation / development organization based in Bukavu, would like to explore whether its structure and functioning is well suited to current needs and whether it is underway to ensure organizational and functional sustainability of the institution. IFDP has been created and implemented since 2002 and has just developed a 2020-2030 strategic plan with a redefinition of a few lines of intervention by focusing its action on the following four themes: (1) Land tenure issue; (2) Environment & Sustainable Development; (3) Mineral resources and (4) Local governance & Decentralization. With this perspective, and some challenges to its sustainability that the network has identified, would like to invite a consultant to do an external analysis and produce recommendations on its needs.

General objective is to define an orientation of the organizational structure and the mode of operation adapted to the current evolution of the IFDP for more performance and sustainability.

L’Union Internationale pour la Conservation de la Nature, National Commitees of the Netherlands (IUCN-NL) recherche pour faire une Analyse rétrospective et prospective de la structure et du fonctionnement de l’organisation ‘Innovation et Formation pour le Développement et la Paix’ (IFDP) pour sa pérennité organisationnelle.

IFDP, une organisation de conservation/développement du Sud Kivu basé à Bukavu, voudrait explorer si sa structure et son fonctionnement est bien adapté aux besoins actuels et s’il est en cours pour assurer une pérennité organisationnelle et fonctionnelle de l’institution. IFDP a été créer et mise en place depuis 2002 et vient de développer un plan stratégique 2020-2030 avec une redéfinition de quelques axes d’intervention en focalisant son action sur les quatre  thématiques  suivantes  :  (1) Problématique  foncière  ;  (2)  Environnement  & Développement  Durable  ;  (3)  Ressources  minières  et  (4)  Gouvernance  locale  & Décentralisation. Avec cette perspective, et quelques défis à sa pérennité que le réseau a identifiée, voudrait inviter un consultant à faire une analyse externe et produire des recommandations sur ses besoins.
Objectif générale est de définir une orientation de la structure organisationnelle et le mode de fonctionnement adaptée à l’évolution actuelle de l’IFDP pour plus de performance et de durabilité.
